are there any major differences between civilian rights and the rights of military personel on base during things such as search and seizure or even something as simple as routine traffic stops. Being in the Marine Corps I've heard of marines being hazed during a routine stop for possibly getting wise with PMO or maybe another reason. If there are certain differences would anyone know where to find a manual or some documents that state the rights we have as military members?
