what are the right tools for drawing manga?

hey
i'm a beginner in manga drawing

and when i see the proffessional manga like dragon ball
i wonder how do they shade and draw it

i persume it was before invinting the digital tablet

how did he shade it with different tones of black

and in general what are the necessary tools for it?
i prefer names so i can buy them from amazon

and could any one show me vedios about creating pro manga
