What are the regulations on dating a 16 year old female if I'm 21(military)?

We are just dating, there is no sexual intercourse of any kind. Any cited sources would be helpful.
I'm also active duty in the Army.
 
If it's more than a 3 year different, and she's under 18- It's technically illegal.
That doesn't stop people though. Love and be with who you want :) screw the law
 
There are no laws regarding going out with anyone. If you plan to have sex, you should consult the state laws to determine the legal age of consent.
