What are the pros and cons to putting 20s on my 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood?

I've been wanting to put 20s on my caddy for a while now and I was in the process of buying a set when the guy told me they wouldn't fit? I know they will with 35 series but i'm not sure how good of an idea that would be?
 
You'll end up with a bumpy rotten ride. Not only will you feel every bump in the road, but the wheels are just about impossible to keep balanced and the tires will wear out fast and cause pull. It will also make it a target for theft.
