I use to have the Motorola rival. I loved the QWERTY keyboard, but thought that generally it was a bad phone. It had terrible battery life, and constantly broke. I had just gotten my 4th re verb phone (the second one in 3 weeks) and decided to switch to the Samsung Intensity.
