What are the pros and cons of privatizing various elements of public education?

I need as much info as possible on this.....I need to write a paper on it...if anyone knows a lot of helpful info that'd be great, or even a source for where I can find info.....thanks
 
Pros:
- Better education due to higher funding
- More qualified teachers
- More teachers because there would be more money involved
- Extra money can do A LOT for a school, anything from extra-curricular activities, to programs meant to keep students interested.
- Better environment

Cons
- Education is less accessible
- Poorer families may not be able to afford it
