What are the possiblittys on helping a Oscar fish that got injured in both...

...eyes by a red devil? The manager of my vecinity petland store give it to me yesterday,its a medium size albino oscar,it was place in a tank where a red devil poke both eyes ,the left one look exploted and in pretty bad condition ,the right one is all swollen and red,I place him in Quarantine on a 20 gallon tank allready put MELAFIX on the water ( he is by himself),and last night he bang his head really hard against the coverlid made it bleed for the corners of his already wounded ayes...I want to help him to recuperated
