In accordance with Texas Penal Code Law you became an adult at 17, and therefore no longer could be bound by any juvenile curfew law. Under civil law you become a full fledged adult at 18. You can verify this by reading the Penal Code and the Texas Family Code.

The amount of passengers in a car can be regulated by the type of drivers license you possess, but not at 18. Just don't have any juveniles (under 17) in your car after curfew. Your parents are setting their own rules, so you must decide to abide or move out. Good luck.

Your 18 you have no laws for passengers over 18 and no curfew. However if you still live at home, you still live by mom and dad's rules.

My parents say their is a law saying I can only have 1 person in the car with me and not over 10 pm can some one inform me on the laws or direct me where to find it.
Oh I understand my parents rules but they said there was a legal law saying that there was a 1 passenger and 10 pm curfew law for your first year you have your drivers license.
