what are the most necessary supplies needed for salt water aquarium (Clown fish)?

and how much does each item cost how do i set it all up and what does each thing do
 
tank - depends
stand - same on tank size
filter - same
heater - same
hydrometer - $10
salt -depends on tank size

all that's completely necessary that you simply cannot do a succesful tank without...

live rock and a calcium based sand are like 99% necessary, you generally dont have a SW tank without them
