What are the manual settings for the nokia n8 wap/mms?

i have the following but i am unable to send mms

apn pp.vodafone.co.uk
username wap
password wap
home page mms.accesspoint.co.uk/servelts/mms
when i ask for my settings to be sent to my phone i never receiv them
