Africa lacks sooo much in their economy:

technology
medical help
money
cities

Technology is needed for work efficiency, job opportunities, and much more. Fortunately, most people in Africa are substantial farmers, which means they produce enough for them and their families, and stay away from selling for prophet. However, many people in Africa do not realize that substantial farming is not always the way.

Medical help is needed HUGELY there.Obviously, since Africa is the leading country of HIV spreading, that is where the HIV is the worst. Thankfully, there are many church groups and doctors stationed there to help the AIDS victims, but it will only die down with time.

Money goes along with the technology issue. They do not have the technology to create growing communities and cities and more advanced civilization.

All these factors play a large role in the lack of food in Africa. I hope this helped lots :)!

cause the evil white man in the name if Christianity divided and conquered all of africa for its natural resources. they butchered, enslaved, killed, maimed and tortured all africans. the white man in the name of Christianity didn't want to see a united africa to rule the world. the white man of Christianity would not allow and would do everything in its power to kill and destroy africa than to see it rule the world.

same reason there's starvation in N. Korea. The governments are ruthless and utterly corrupt.
