My daughter is learning this song for her church choir but we've misplaced the lyrics. I've Googled it and can only find partial lyrics. Does anyone know the full lyrics? It goes something like...

Apple red happiness,
popcorn cheerfulness,
cinnamon singing inside...
pepperming energy
gumpdrop holidays ...

then something about benefits in the 2nd verse. Help?
