...summer vacation? I am 15 and this summer vacation i plan to work out about 5 or 6 days a week 2 or 3 hours a day. My physical condition now is that i have a low fat percentage but i don't have allot of muscle (just like a bit above average), i am a good athlete, 5'9 and 150pounds. the goal is that i go back to school ripped but i don't know if it is possible to gain muscle that fast. If i go through with this plan what are the most likely results that i am going to see by the end of vacation? How much muscle should i expect to gain if any? What diet should i be on? Is this a smart plan? What kind of workouts do you recommend i do in the gym and while i am home?When i go back to school i want to have a six pack, be kinda buff and have gained 15-20 pounds of muscle, is that setting the standard to high?
