What are the light on the police car or the system called?

Im looking for the device that makes the police car lights(the ones on the front) blink.
they blink left twice then right twice, then they blink left then right then blink together. what is the name of this device?
 
It is controlled by software and comes in an emergency vehicle pack including flashing roof lights etc. Not available to the general public.
