I am building a simple 2 stroke moped onto the frame of a beach cruiser bicycle, 66cc engine, and it says on the site in most places it's considered assisted pedaling, but when I tried to look it up nothing showed up. I just want to know if I can ride it like a regular bike, where I please. I am 15, getting my intermediate driver's license in a month.
What are the laws regarding mopeds in Mississippi?
