The noncustodial parent took me back to court this week to get his child support modified. He assumed that I was not going to show up and when I did he became angered. He had told the mediator that he has his child 30% of the time. This is a basic untruth because he has seen her 3 times in 14 yrs. Ok. Here is my question. What are the laws that prohibit a noncustodial parent from taking a girlfriend to court? Here is what happen. I walked in a little late and checked in. I sat in the last row. I did not realize that I was sitting directly behind the noncustodial idiot and his manbeast (literally) girlfriend. Child Support court works similar to traffic court. There are a lot of people waiting their turn to be heard. Well three hours into the waiting period, the manbeast (girlfriend) got up and came to my row to pass by and kicked me. I did not know if she delibrately kicked me or if it was an accident. She left the court. When it was our turn, I had to sit next to the noncustodial parent and I was extremely frighten to the point where my heart was pumping because he is scary and violent. They reduced my child support by $100 (no biggie) because they had forgotten to calculate the insurance before. He was anger because he wanted the child support to be 0 and not $800. I felt that they were planning something so I waited until I saw them get into their vehicle and drive away. I then waited 20 more minutes because I knew they had a two hour drive back to the leir. So I began to walk to my car. The manbeast and the noncustodial parent must have been cirlcing around for a while and when they saw me they came across three lanes and ran a red light to try and scare me with the vehicle. They slammed on their brakes and were yelling obscenities. I kept walking back toward the court house. I don't know how to file charges because they did not actually run me over. I don't know what to do. When I returned home, I received a number of hangups within a 30 minute period. What should I do?
