I just started making my own jewelry and am planning on selling them to make a profit. I am honestly coming up with my own designs. However, I was searching through the internet and a few of my designs are similar to others. For example, I made a swarovksi necklace using sterling silver chain and 10mm swarovski crystal with a leaf bail. I've noticed that this is a really common/simple design. Is this considered copying?

What are the laws on jewelry designs? What is considered copying, etc? I don't want to copy anyone else or get into any trouble.
