What are the important things to look for if I want a camera phone that takes

nice looking, quality photos? Obviously there is camera resolution so theer are some nice cybershot cameras out there with 8.1 MPixels. Someone told me that lens is an important factor (Karl Zeiss is what I want?) and the ability to autofocus? Any other things? Any recommendations or experience greatly appreciated.
