Hello. I eat an apple every day. I was wondering if there is any significant nutritional difference between the types of apples. I am mostly curious about the apple types that are commonly eaten raw (Red delicious, Golden Delicious, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, McIntosh, Cortland, Crispin, Jonagold). I don't like jonagold apples, so I don't care about those really. I read something once that said Pendragon apples were the healthiest, but I've never seen those in the store, so I don't think that there is a way for me to get those. Thanks for any help.
