What are the hardest things about being a cook? The most difficult things to cook

and the hardest job duties? I'm considering a career as a chef. So any input would be appreciated.

If you truly want to be a cook you should stage (try out for a position) in a restaurant and find out first hand if it is for you. Many people say, im going to go to culinary school and become a chef. It is much harder than that. And the most basic thing that is the hardest to perfect is eggs.
