What are the exact laws for novelty diplomas?

I know novelty diplomas from places like "The University of Good Looks" are just fine, but My diploma was recently ruined and I was thinking of having one of these sites create a replica. All it would do is hang on the wall, I would not be using it to gain employment, or for anything official. In Manitoba, what are the laws about this? I just don't want to order it and then have the college or police investigating. Any advice would be great.
 
The only time a diploma like that would be illegal is if it's used for fraud. And fraud requires intent.

As long as you're not representing yourself to be something you're not, there's no problem.
