My life is pretty hectic, but i try to stay on my workout routine (i'm trying to build mass). But its been in and out of the gym for me because of track for a couple months, the end of school/finals, and i'll soon be on a family vacation for a solid 3 weeks!
Basically, my life is as follows: I stay loyal to my workout routine for a couple weeks....then a huge break....then back in for a couple weeks....then huge break....and so on. I can never have even a full month dedicated to working out.
So here are the ques:
What are the effects on my body because of this choppy lifestyle?
Any advice on managing my time?
How can I keep my body moving forward in strength and mass without total dependence on the gym?
