What are the drawbacks of installing 4.5 inches of lift on a 2010 Jeep JK Unlimited?

I am about to purchase a 2010 Jeep JK Rubicon 4 door, and will be lifting it soon after. I am trying to plan for any issues I will run into during the 4.5 inch suspension lift install, such as need for different drive shafts, upgrade components to handle additional stress from lift, etc...
