your next cycle? Me and my husband had a missed miscarriage in February. I should've been 6 weeks but the egg never developed into a fetus. I did not need a d&c, although I did bleed for about a week and a half. My dr. advised that we wait until my next regular cycle to start trying to conceive again. I was unaware of how soon I would ovulate and now its April and I tested positive on a HPT. I have my first prenatal appointment tomorrow. What are the disadvantages of waiting could we lose this baby as well?
My hcg levels never went over 10 before. the egg never developed and neither did a sack. so i don't think its from before plus it was early february and now its mid april.
