I am going to file I-130 form for my wife, but i am concerned about the financial aspect of the procedure.
My income,for the past 3 years, has been around $10000-11000, which is way below the 125% of the poverty line.
Are there any other way proof a financial support for my wife?
I don't have anyone,who could co-sign an affidavit of support for my wife.
For example: - Can i pay my taxes backwards,for the past 3 years, to make $18200,which is 125%?
-Can my wife show that she owns a property in her country or has a sufficient amount of money to survive in the US?And what is the necessary amount of money needed?
- Can i show my bank account with enough money to support my wife? And what is the necessary amount of money needed?
