What are the differences between the 2010 Mazda 3i Touring automatic and 3s

Sport automatic? I would like to know all the differences. But road/wind/engine noise, fun to drive factor, and overall cost to own are things I'm interested in, specifically for the 3i.

I know 3s has enough horsepower and torque, but does 3i have enough engine power? Would I regret getting a 3i?
