I am pursuing an M.A. currently in Econ and am wondering how the hiring situation is out there. I would especially like to hear from people who have recently be hired in the field, or are seeking. What kind of jobs are available in the private sector? How difficult is it to get a job with the federal government or an international organizations (WTO, World Bank, IMF)?
