...nottice to apper in court? ya i go in truble with less than .5 of pot on me and a peace andi was on vantage poing a old abandened miltary base fomr the cold war and i dident no i wasent supposed to be there iv gone there 20 plus times so the cops just ended up giveing my a nottice to apper in court in a month i just wanted to no that the fines might be or what charges could i get
 
Every state is different, so for one thing you need to say what state you are in. Even then, you could only find out what the maximum penalty is for each crime or violation. It is impossible to know what a sentence will be, there are just too many factors. If you plead guilty and have a judge sentence you, it will depend on the individual judge. Some are more lenient if you have no priors, some like to try to teach people lessons so they give harsher sentences to first timers. Some judges will sentence you to some type of education class en lieu of jail time. But if you get a jury instead, there's really no way to tell, cause then you have 12 different people deciding your fate and not just one.
