10 points to the best answer.

wtf? i need to know how it fell as in details on how the persians conquered them and why they suceeded.

When the Chaldean empire was absorbed into the Achaemenid, the name Chaldean lost its meaning as the name of an ethnic group, and came to be applied to a class. The Persians found the Chaldeans masters of reading and writing, and especially versed in all forms of incantation, in sorcery, witchcraft, and the magical arts.
The Third Dynasty ended when northern barbarians attacked. Ur became occupied by Babylonians, but was eventually ridden with drought and was covered by many layers of sand.

So Basically theeny were a great civilization that were conquered by the Babylonians
