As you can probably see from my previous questions, I have a crush on this grade 9 girl from my school's drama club (I'm in grade 10) and the two of us have been chatting online for quite some time (I can't see her at school because of diff. lunch and classes) so our only method of communication is online and just drama club once a week (which has since been canceled for 2 weeks.) I was just starting to know her better when she suddenly went back with her ex. Now, here's how today's story starts:
I was just talking to her on MSN when she told me that she was single again because she hated her boyfriend and dumped him for being a total ****** (her words). and we started talking.
- I asked her out to my school's dance which is on this Thursday.
- she said that she will sleep on it and that she will get back to me tomorrow
- She told me that there are 4 other guys asking her out to this dance
- Mathematically, my chances of being chosen by her are 1/4
Things you should know:
- We end conversations with hearts, smiles, sweet dreams, good night, sleeptights, etc.
- We've never really chatted in person before but we have seen each other enough to know who the other is.
- She most likely knows that I like her already
- We both share a hatred of Justin Bieber
- She likes rather dangerous and exciting things (Think James Bond's Bond Girls)
- We both have a lot in common
- She expresses interest to meet up with me sometime soon
- I told her that my friend has offered to be my butler if she goes with me to the dance (she casually laughed at that and she said that she wanted to see how that would work)
- My friend asked anonymous questions on her Formspring about who she is going to the dance with, and got the result that she hasnt decided yet
- I have never had a girlfriend before.
So, based on the above, what are my chances? Do you think I may actually be the one she chooses? My friend is pretty confident that she'll choose me but I dunno. After hearing 4 other guys are asking her out I'm getting a bit anxious. Thanks
