...eyes and husband blue.? All his family has light colored eyes and 3 of my great-grandparents did.

Blue Eyes are actually a hybrid. It is about 50/50 But I would say the most likely answer would be brown since blue eyes are a recessive Gene and brown is predominant.

Brown is dominate and blue is recessive, Brown overrides most any color. if you have a mother who has green eyes and a father with blue eyes, most likely they will turn out blue/grren, with a slight yellow to their eyes. But also, if you mother and father and grandparents had different colored eys it could come from them also, there is a chance it will come from them. but let's hope they come from you and your man OK! :)

It is likely they will have green or dark blue eyes
My father has brown eyes and so do most of his side of the family yet my mothers side mainly have blue eyes and I have resulted in green eyes, it is the same with my little cousin but her eyes are hazely green

Brown eyes are dominant and green eyes are recessive. If both sides of the family, carry green eye alleles, the baby stands a greater chance of having green eyes. Probably 1/2 green, and 1/2 brown. They might come out hazel because brown and green make hazel.
