What are the chances of getting into PharmD straight away after 2 years of pre-pharm?

I got accepted into Umich and im planning on doing 2 years of pre-pharm. What are the chances that I will get accepted into the PharmD program straight away after that because i read that most of the ones that applied has already got bachelor's degrees or has clinic/patient-caring related experience. On top of that I am an international student. Do APs or O'levels count? :/ cause i did like 7 APs and 10 O'levels and i sometimes feel that they are just going to waste >.<
