I've worked in retail for about seven years now. I've worked my way to upper management but I need a change. I'm thinking about going to school for accounting. I've always enjoyed financial planning, numbers and even tax time (strange, I know). However, I don't want to invest in something that doesn't have good future prospects. Are tech school diplomas a waste? What is the entry level pay for Accounting/accounts payable positions? Serious help and advise would be appreciated. Thanks
