What would you say are the top Canadian universities to study history, arts, culture, etc at? I need to apply and really am having difficulty deciding. I live in Montreal, so McGill would be a great choice, but I've always loved the thought of going to Dalhousie or St-Mary's in Halifax. If anyone knows the strengths/weaknesses of the schools mentioned, that would be helpful too.
