I have a 2004 Mazda 6s (5 door sedan, v6) and am fixing up our second car... the tires are bald & one is on the spare tire. The tire shop I'm going to has tires from $61.99 to 320.99 each but I don''t want to get something cheap and don't want to get something that is a rip off. What do you recommend?

I won't be driving the car much, maybe 100 miles a week at max since I work from home and don't go out very often. We live in Seattle so we do get all weather - snow & rain season is approaching us. Thanks!
