What are the best stores to buy formal dresses? (IN NJ!)?

I was wondering where i can buy a cute formal dress! I have a huge graduation and i need to find the perfect fun dress. But i'm not a fan of online shopping so does anyone know any stores in NJ where they have cute dresses?
like what stores at the Willowbrook Mall or Bridgewater Mall (NJ)

p.s.
dont really have a price range
but i'd like to keep it under 300 :) lol
