What Are The Best Stomach Exercises?

Please help me! I've been trying to workout everyday for four months straight and I've only lost two inches on my stomach. I weightlift with small dumbells and do cardio like jogging in place, crunches, standing up crunches if that makes sense, marching in place, dancing, etc. and I can't seem to shrink my stomach like every other part of me is shrinking. Do you have any tips and ideas?
I'm trying to eat right everyday, so I don't get it.
