what are the best rims to get with a nice lip for a scion tc?

my car is dropped with tein s tech springs about a 2.4 drop in the frt, and 2 in the back. i was wondering what rims would be best to fit on my tc and size like (19's or 18's) good brand none of that lame shit like I'm willing to spend up to 2g's but I'm looking for something around 1500. i want somethign that would make my car look beastly yet at the same time not fuck up car. i was looking at some grams but idk, please help
