What are the best practical jokes to play on the police?

Okaaaaaayyyy..... So aparently I insulted some poor dear in a previous posting and my question was pulled. I'm sooo sorry :)

As proposed previously: a remotely controlled alarm, stinkbomb, smokebomb, pig oinking device, or a delivery of bacon to a police station. Must be minimal chance of being caught + potential to video and post on youtube. Be creative!!!
C'mon guys - no lame suggestions such as "don't mess with the cops" or "it's illegal..." - I'm after some serious ideas/scenarios here!!
 
okay, so you go and find a police car and make sure the cop is out of the car and inside the donut shop. then you wear a ski mask so that the dash cam won't catch you on video, then take a bucket of paint and just throw it all over their windows. then you run off as fast as you can, take off the ski mask and throw it out. then they won't have any evidence whatsoever

then from a safe distance, video tape the cop coming back to the car, and then film his reactions.
