What are the best photography colleges world wide?

Any where in the world? Would you seriously spend a lot of money (assuming that you are in the US) go to Europe for a four-year degree because it's the best in the world?

You haven't done any research, have you?
 
I'm going into college in three years to be a photographer or producer but mostly photography, but i would like to know the names of some colleges that perhaps are known really well for their photography. Or where some really successful famous photographers attended?
