I sold an item on EBAY and I saw the payment in paypal so I shipped the item and gave a tracking number. Well in order to accept the payment I had to accept an upgrade in paypal to accept credit cards which cost me 2.9%. Stupid me rejected the payment and asked them if they could pay with a balance in paypal or through checking account in paypal and if they didn't have either to resend the credit payment and I'd accept. The person claims to have neither and now is being very rude about me not accepting the 1st payment and refuses to send another payment even though they have the tracking number and all. Am I wrong in pursuing payment? Both of us have perfect records til now!
