What are the best new fighting games released for PCs?

When I say fighting games, I mean player vs player type games, like Street Fighter, Mortal Combat, Tekken, Marvel vs Capcom, etc.

Are there new games like these released for PC? I heard Street Fighter 4 is out. If there are no new fighting games, what are the best fighting games you've played?
