Im am 15 years old and i weigh 210 and im 5'11. Im going to camp on monday for four weeks and i want to lose weight while im there. its not your normal outside wilderness camp. its a very nice dormitory type setting. We get up at 6 to 7 every morning and go to bed at 10 to 11 at night. i don't know if those are the best times to work out, but thats the only free time that i get. i really would like some exercise routines to do in those time periods. can someone help me?
