i'm 20 and i've been working out for about 2 years now. i work out every other day each day for about and hour and half of heaving lifting and about 20 min. of abs right after. my workout schedule days go from chest, arms, chest, arms, shoulders then start over. i do not take any protein for i've had a terrible experience with acne from protein powder and am scared to relive the experience so i do it the natural way with 3 meals a day with lots of meat and water.
i am getting big, slowly and am very fit and get lots of compiments from friends. i have the typical fit, defined model body and would like to stay toned but add mass, but not add like a cow's weight of bulk like some meatheads do.
however, although i see my arm and shoulders but my chest is NEVER getting big. i wanted to know what i could do to take it to the next level in terms of gaining mass. my second question is how important is switching up regiments are and how extreme those changes should be and how often.
and if you could also throw in some suggestions as to which work outs i should do and some tips, that would be great.
