What are the best cars to repair and sell?

I'm always looking through craigslist for cheap cars that only need some minor or easy major repairs and i want to know what the most common cars that have problems are so i can look for specific models
 
Mitsuibishi makes great cars .I have owned mine for 6 years and never had to do any repairs except for rehular maintenance.If i buy another car it would def.be a mitsuibishi.i own a 2003 lacer
