...Mercury, Venus and Mars? how Mars return? especially differs from that of the Solar Return?

if one was to try and forecast the year ahead as far as our actions..which would one look at more..the Solar return or the Mars return and why? what about our goals or attempts of assertion and any blocking of that etc? which aspects would show blocking or coercion of our assertions?
