Its got its pros and cons. Multiple PoVs give a more "complete" view of the events, but there is less "story" covered, and there is a chance of it becoming stale as you must cover the same issues from a different point of view in order for it to make sense/flow well.
While it may give better insight on the story, it still makes a better suspensful atmosphere if there is only one POV. Not to mention Jacob Black's constant whining in the middle of the fourth twilight book.
