I have a 91 Jeep Wrangler. I recently installed a VDP 6-speaker soundbar in place of the stock 2-speaker soundbar. To my surprise, the volume is relatively the same. The speakers actually haze when I pump the volume too loud.
I'm wondering what components I will also need to purchase to have loud volume. Will purchasing a car amplifier aid in increasing the volume level with just the sound bar? Or will I have to buy additional speakers in order to get louder sound?
