I recently bought a puppy, and was told i had a health garuntee. Two days after i got her she started throwing up a little, as the time went on it got worse, so the next day i took her to the Vets. She had Parvo. I have a vet bill of over 1000$ and i am trying to see if there is a law against the breeders selling me a dog with Parvo. If so i am trying to figure out what type of compensation i can receive or if there is another course of action i can take.
What are Texas' Laws about selling sick Puppies?
