I am having trouble with my little step-brothers, and I've been talking to them about their issues since the time the family got really bonded. One day i just blew up and began to yell and scream at the eight year old. This makes me fell horrible because I have a reputation for being excellent with children. The problems are continuing and I'm stuck on how to punish them without hitting them. I've never hit them before but my anger is building up and i am scared that one day i might just snap. I've came up with a few punishments (holding your arms in the air for a while or writing a repeated statement) but I have a feeling that not going to cut it. I really need some help.
What are some ways to discipline my little brothers in non-violent or physical ways?
